We have an extensive machine shop equipped with a comprehensive range of modern machinery enabling us to provide a high quality and responsive wood machining service.

We have bandsaws that can handle anything from large structural baulks down to small joinery sections as well as ripsaws and multirips which are ideal for fast and accurate dimension sawing of hardwood.

Our main production is provided by four Weinig moulders including two which can handle timber up to 300mm wide and 160mm thick. These machines are fast, accurate and quick to set up and they give an excellent quality finish.

We have a state of the art tool room that can produce cutters to precisely reproduce virtually any profile from a sketch or a pattern. Our usual turnaround time for profiles and mouldings is 2 to 3 days from receipt of order.

Finished products can be accurately cut to length by an automatic cross cut with computerised optimising and defect removal.

Classical planing machines, spindle moulders, morticers and tenoners give us the ability to handle short runs, specials and one off jobs.

Sheet materials and panels can be accurately cut to size using our wall mounted Striebig panel saw.

We can supply finished products with a sanded finish using our wide belt sander with capacity of up to 1100mm wide.
