From Modest beginnings in 1910 when brothers Arthur and Samuel Morgan started to produce fencing from local chestnut coppice, Morgan Timber is today one of the largest suppliers of quality timber in the South East of England.

The business moved to our current location on the banks of the River Medway in 1923 and was incorporated as a limited company. Whilst much has changed since those early years our commitment to traditional standards of quality and service has not.

Now as then, we remain dedicated timber suppliers owned and run by the same family and a very experienced team of staff who ensure that we continue to offer the highest levels of service. We hold huge volumes of high quality timber which combined with modern racking and handling techniques enable us to fulfil even the most difficult specifications quickly and efficiently.

As a family run business we are well known for our friendly and helpful approach to our customers with whom we enjoy excellent working relationships. Most of our employees have been with us for many years and their experience shows. They know the importance of meeting customers’ deadlines, of keeping them informed on the progress of their orders and of selecting timber that is right for the job.
